Application for support
Please note the deadline for applications is 1st May each year for consideration at the Trustees meeting in July. There is an initial assessment of the suitability of applications in terms of the Trust’s aims, in early May. Guidance notes for specific sections are given below in brackets (1-6); please read these before applying.
This form cannot be saved in a draft form, and applicants should consider constructing text in a word processing file and copying and pasting into the relevant fields. Applicants should be familiar with the principles of the Trust, explained in the website, before applying.
All fields marked * are mandatory and must be completed before submission.
Application Notes
1. A title for your application, maximum 5 words.
2. Please give the Charity name, registration number and address. If not a registered charity, please supply relevant parent organisation.
3. Describe the nature of the charitable activity (maximum 150 words).
4. Highlight the people of the Haltwhistle and South Tyne area who will benefit, and (if applicable) those who have benefitted in the past. It is important to be specific to demonstrate relevance (maximum 150 words).
5. Please provide the budget for the activity/item(s) that are the focus of this application, and the specific financial support requested from the trust.
6. Here, attach supporting documentation that is directly relevant to the application, in pdf format (no image files please).
